Return Policy

Dear Home Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you and exchange. No Refunds apply in any condition.

You are entitled for a return/exchange for unused Items with original Package under the following conditions:

• Defective product: the product received is defective, damaged, or missing a part

• Wrong product: the product received does not correspond to the product that was ordered in the system

• Product is not as described

For any of the above reasons, the request should be submitted within 7 days of the order delivery date.

Returns will always be in the form of a Refund Voucher that the buyer can use on his next purchase from our Store.

Vouchers will be issued within 7 days after we receive back your returns.

Refund Policy

• Since we provide full information and real pictures from the photographs shared on the website, it’s not eligible to ask for a refund, you can replace or exchange the product and get a full replacement or exchange the product for another one.

• If, by any chance we cannot provide you the same product model again, then we will provide you with store credit that you can use at any time in the future.

• Delivery Fees – Delivery fees are non-refundable, the delivery charge is unavailable for negotiation.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dearhome.me@gmail.com and send your item to: Beirut, Beirut, BA, , Lebanon.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
